This flowering crab is distinguished by its deeply cut glossy leaves and fine texture. White flowers in spring are followed by tiny 1/4", golden-yellow fruit. Vase shaped upright form with good fall color. Rarely to never fed on by Japanese beetles. J. Frank Schmidt Nursery introduction.
